Please allow 1-2 business days to process your order. When you place an order, we will estimate delivery dates based upon the availability of your item(s), your shipping method, and your shipment's destination.

Once your order has been shipped, we will send you an e-mail with your tracking number, as well as a link to track it online.

Eight X offers a standard 30-day return policy, We offer free returns and exchanges to U.S. customers only. We do not accept returns or exchanges from international customers Including Canada. All returns must be approved by Eight X. Returns without a Return Authorization from us will not be accepted. Make Sale Items Returnable

Sale items are final sale by default. When you purchase Make Sale Items Returnable alongside a sale item, you gain the option to return or exchange that item just like a full-price purchase. This includes a free return shipping label and eligibility for a refund of the paid price.
