It's not so nice to sell a product that can't be returned, better to make everything returnable but charge a restocking fee if you have to. I was about to buy 8 items but reduced it to 2 because I didn't want to pay over a hundred dollars for return assurance, figured better to just buy two items because paying for return assurance feels like wasting money. If you can't return it, big risk. Life is already full of tough decisions why not make it easy for people instead of giving them another tough decision to make, I think it's an impediment to making a big purchase, get rid of it it'll be better for your business I reckon.
