All our prices are in US dollars.

Please allow 1-2 business days to process your order. When you place an order, we will estimate delivery dates based upon the availability of your item(s), your shipping method, and your shipment's destination.

Once your order has been shipped, we will send you an e-mail with your tracking number, as well as a link to track it online.

EIGHT X offers free shipping on all orders that are over $50; placed through our website; and shipped within the United States. 

To qualify for free shipping in Canada, the order must be over $100.

Free returns and Exchanges to United States Customers ONLY. No refunds on SALE items, exchanges only. No refunds or exchange on FINAL SALE items. 

Eight X offers a standard 14 day return policy.

Before returning, please contact us at info@eight-x.com for an RA number with the

reason of the return. Products that are returned to us without prior authorization will not be refunded.

Make sure the items are in the same condition you received them in, with all tags still attached and in their original packaging, in one single shipment. Products that belong to the same order must be returned to us at the same time.

Once we receive your return, we will issue you a credit in your original form of payment. Please allow 7-14 business days to process your return. Your credit card will show the credit in one to two billing cycles.
