• Receive a free return shipping label

• Request a refund or exchange

• Return your sale item just like a full-price purchase

This add-on must be purchased at the same time as your sale item to be valid.

How It Works

• Applies only to sale items in the same order

• Return or exchange requests must be made within 30 days, in accordance with our shipping & return guidelines

• Valid for U.S. customers only

We offer free returns and exchanges to U.S. customers only.

• Returns and exchanges are not accepted for international customers, including Canada

• All returns must be approved by Eight X

• Returns sent without a Return Authorization will not be accepted
