EIGHT X offers free shipping on all orders that are over $50; placed through our website; and shipped within the United States.
To qualify for free shipping in Canada, the order must be over $100.

We offer free returns and exchanges to United States customers only. We only offer exchanges on SALE items, but not refunds. We do not offer refunds or exchanges on FINAL SALE items.
All Boxers and Masks products are final sale - no refunds or exchange.
Original shipping fees are non-refundable. A return shipping label will be sent to you free of charge.
Before returning, please contact us using the link below, and include your RA number with the reason for the return. Products that are returned to us without prior authorization will not be refunded.
Make sure the items are in the same condition you received them in, with all tags still attached and in their original packaging, in one single shipment. Products that belong to the same order must be returned to us at the same time.
Once we receive your return, we will issue you a credit in your original form of payment. Please allow 7-14 business days to process your return. Your credit card will show the credit in one to two billing cycles.
